According to the CBO, Bernie’s plan to raise the minimum wage to $15/hr. would likely be permitted under a budget reconciliation plan. That means $11/hr. that Manchin may support in the next budget reconciliation will be feasible, barring the parliamentarian giving it a thumbs down.
