      She is afraid...and she is also the scum of the Earth. At least Kinzinger is willing to lose for his convictions on this issue she would shoot her father tomorrow (hey wait that might not be a bad idea) if it would guarantee her a win next year.

              Sounds like Capito et al. are going to counteroffer with $1 trillion for infrastructure. No doubt they’ll repackage money from elsewhere that just hasn’t been disbursed yet and call it a trillion. Manchin’s working with the most bipartisan Senator and others to come up with an alternative bill when Capito’s inevitably fails for being disingenuous in nature. It’ll be interesting to see what that looks like, and then when that fails, whether Manchin agrees to budget reconciliation or not. If he doesn’t, yeah, I’ll be mad at him too.
              Edit: I guess it’s possible that Manchin and most bipartisan senator’s infrastructure package passes, and then Democrats do one last budget reconciliation for the rest of the infrastructure Biden wants, and Manchin goes along with most of it. Time will tell.
