Same reason 60-year-old drunk white men wearing wife beaters and living in their ex-wife’s doublewide vote for low taxes on billionaires. You never know - I might be rich someday!
If you don't change the world today, how can it be any better tomorrow?

    • Watching Seattle play in Salt Lake City and there's a strange dichotomy seeing people in the stands waving a rainbow flag in front of a banner saying "All Are Welcome" in a stadium called America First Field.

            • Aston Villa and Fulham are playing here this summer. Talk about a disappointing match up choice. I'll pass.

I think of them all as Championship with occasional one year yo yos either up or down. Are they not?

For the most part, though Wigan had a decent run in the PL. Blackpool spent all of one season in the PL.

Outside of the Big Six, the rest of the PL is mostly a revolving door. And typically it’s not uncommon for a team to have successive relegations as financial and ownership situations change.
