I'm not sure it would have qualified for Top 10 WC plays of all time; however, it may have been one of the top 3 WC blunders in the last 10 WCs or so.

Because he's the first man to score in five different World Cups?

Because both are still a World Cup, so the statement could apply to it being done by a man in the Men's World Cup or a woman in the Women's World Cup. Given that is has already been done in the Women's World Cup, the specification of a man in the Men's World Cup is necessary for the statement to be correct.

            • The BBC is really putting the pressure on Southgate and the England team ahead of the match with the USA, calling for a blowout. Anything short of a three goal win will be spun as a failure by a squad of woke prima donnas who need to shut up and play football.

              • Stunning goal by Richarlison to make it 2-0 and clinch the game for Brazil.

                    • Iran scores but the goal is ruled out for offsides. Wales better get the defense sorted.

                      • That's a red card for the Wales keeper. Big advantage Iran for the final 4 minutes plus stoppage time...

                        • In the last minute of stoppage time Iran scores and will defeat 10-man Wales. The US still has its fate squarely in its hands.

                          2-0...

                          • Draw would have been better. But Wales losing on the face is 2nd best result. No.more Iran goals tho.

                            • Wales had the possession, but Iran had everything else. Honestly that came could’ve been 4 or 5-0.

                              • Qatar / Senegal not a big draw. Stadium has a lot of empty seats. I don't mean the white clad fans.
