Of course, in 2009, all of you would have been north of me, as I weighed 146 and was mired in an eating disorder.
6'2" 155-160. Metabolism + job physicality...no weight to be gained. I'm the same size as I was when I graduated HS 20-some years ago.

Just water and diet soda. When I have milk I add it.

I am not counting dinners right now -- I'm just trying to get my pre-dinner under control. Also, I do it from work. :-)

Mookie drinks water with cucumbers floating in the pitcher. (Yes. Stole it from The Other Guys )
Change the cucumbers every 5 days.

    300. I mistook the calories of only the cheese. :-) I assume there is also butter and the bread.

I have yet to find a really good calories counting site so if the store/restaurant doesn't offer it I try to find a best match.

If you ate the burrito and added grilled chicken to the Caesar salad (or went somewhere where that's an option), and cut out the other useless stuff, you'd be a lot closer to your goal and likely not much worse for the wear.

What are the lunch options where you are? Do you have the typical chains nearby or is it really limited?
