I should sue these guys, I had the same idea years ago.

That was really well done. :-)

I'm using MyFitnessPal calorie counting app to know how much calories I'm spending every day. It's very convenient, here is the description. It allows making your diet schedule according to your physical activities, strongly recommend to everyone.

Has to be PC-based for me, anyway. Phones are no bueno.

    They have a phone app.

I like My Fitness Pal for an app. The Lose It app, as I recall, had some features or missing things that bugged me. Then again. My Fitness Pal has its problems, too, but works well for my needs.

I have yet to find a really good calories counting site so if the store/restaurant doesn't offer it I try to find a best match.

6'2" 155-160. Metabolism + job physicality...no weight to be gained. I'm the same size as I was when I graduated HS 20-some years ago.

Just water and diet soda. When I have milk I add it.

I am not counting dinners right now -- I'm just trying to get my pre-dinner under control. Also, I do it from work. :-)
