I really don’t like abortion debates between two males because of reasons like you said. A male’s comprehension and perspective of pregnancy is abstract at best, and dangerous at worst.

She might be afraid he's gonna ditch her, or just send her checks and not actually care for the child (valid concerns). If that's not the case, the man's input could become valid, and a new life is created. You know?

Look, you may not like it but males will never have an actual understanding of pregnancy and all that it entails. And I say this as a husband and father who was there every step of his wife’s pregnancy. I’ve got a pretty good picture of what pregnancy entails, but to even begin to try to understand the physical, biological, mental details of pregnancy? Yeah I’ve got no clue, and neither will any male ever. And to try to debate something that you only have a, at best, 10% understanding of is f-ing stupid. Any abortion debate has to have female participation, on both sides frankly, or it’s ignorant and does absolutely nothing.U-A-A!!!Go!Go!GreenandGold!

You never have to worry about the male perspective not being given a fair hearing, on anything, just like whites and straights and above all the rich. All the "neutral" world is is an incessant echoing of those groups' perspectives.
What I am taking about is removing men from having any power over what women do with a pregnancy. That is a vestige of the in loco parentis sexism of protecting the Madonna / correcting the whore that has infected Western thought for the 1600 years since Augustine tried to work out his mommy issues, and has now happily been discarded by everyone except sociopaths in the Middle East and saps in the American South, or vice versa.
Men are in the game on parenting. By definition, an abortion isn't about parenting. An abortion is about a woman's body. On that topic you and I have literally not a single meaningful word to say.Last edited by Kepler; 04-11-2019, 07:10 AM.Cornell University

Sometimes when the baby is clearly going to struggle to survive, the parents have a decision to make about whether they terminate or or. That’s about parenting. It’s also sometimes a co-equal decision. But the woman could unilaterally decide one way or the other. That’s her right.
The rest of your post is just rabble. Of course it always comes down to what the woman wants. It’s her decision. Always. But saying men shouldn’t have a say on policy is just silly. And it’s still no different from saying a person who hasn’t played hockey doesn’t get to sit on the rules committee. That’s just dumb.Code:As of 9/21/10: As of 9/13/10: College Hockey 6 College Football 0 BTHC 4 WCHA FC: 1

Re: The States: North Dakota is Still the Worst
I suggest reading this twitter feed posted by a Mormon woman.
https://***********/designmom/status...725184?lang=en
Here's the highlights.
If you want to stop abortion, you need to prevent unwanted pregnancies. And men are 100% responsible for unwanted pregnancies. No for real, they are. Perhaps you are thinking: IT TAKES TWO! And yes, it does take two for _intentional_ pregnancies.
— Gabrielle Blair (@designmom) September 13, 2018
But ALL unwanted pregnancies are caused by the irresponsible ejaculations of men. Period. Don’t believe me? Let me walk you through it. Let’s start with this: women can only get pregnant about 2 days each month. And that’s for a limited number of years.
— Gabrielle Blair (@designmom) September 13, 2018
That makes 24 days a year a women might get pregnant. But men can _cause_ pregnancy 365 days a year. In fact, if you’re a man who ejaculates multiple times a day, you could cause multiple pregnancies daily. In theory a man could cause 1000+ unwanted pregnancies in just one year.
— Gabrielle Blair (@designmom) September 13, 2018
**NOTE: The misleading post above was brought to you by Reynold's Wrap and American Steeples, makers of Crosses.

Re: The States: North Dakota is Still the Worst
Mormon woman's information is not entirely correct. There are two types of mucus in the cervix, and they exist at different times in the cycle. One acts as a sort of plug - nothing in or out by natural means. The other forms as the woman approaches her ovulation date, and forms a sort of honeycomb-like design. It will hold the sperm in place, protecting the sperm, until ovulation. And, according to an OBGYN with whom I've spoken, women can even get pregnant during their menstruation."The party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command." George Orwell, 1984
"One does not simply walk into Mordor. Its Black Gates are guarded by more than just Orcs. There is evil there that does not sleep, and the Great Eye is ever watchful. It is a barren wasteland, riddled with fire and ash and dust, the very air you breathe is a poisonous fume." Boromir
"Good news! We have a delivery." Professor Farnsworth
