    This makes me want to vacation out west and see the Badlands again. Went out with family in the summer of 2000 and did the "guided tour" (very little walking, mostly having National Park summer help talk and point), and my mother, who took the same tour in the 70's, had to walk away laughing.

    Seems the story being told was completely different than the story she heard. I have a hunch the story has reverted back to the 70's era story from when I took the tour.

      The only way Bdote diminishes the Minnesota Military History is if it leads people to realize the military killed many of the people who used that name. They didnt change the name of the site so once again we learn Republicans dont know the meaning of real words.
