Left policies are popular. The self-censorship of Democrats afraid to be vote for liberal policies is not just depressing and suspect, it's politically damaging to them.

    They would know.

Three of Rep. Paul Gosar's (R-Ariz.) siblings have called on him to be expelled from Congress, The Arizona Republic reports, placing blame on the congressman for helping incite the violent riot that took place at the Capitol on Wednesday.

Gosar’s siblings sent a letter to Rep. Raúl Grijalva (D-Ariz.), asking for his help in removing their brother from Congress, the newspaper reports.

That's a good way to describe it. Schmidt realized what he had been working for and is obviously feeling really guilty for helping to empower Nazis. He's also obviously really angry with his erstwhile friends and colleagues for maintaining the fiction for greed and power.

I am pretty sure it won't last if the GOP expels the Trumpers...but watching it with nothing invested is just so damned fun. He never minced words anyways but good god now he just really lights them up!

Right now, yes it is. I am not against finding ways to fix that issue too. I don’t think the filibuster is the right solution to that problem. Abolish the Electoral College too.

The filibuster is fine in its purest nature...but like everything else people are awful so they make it awful.
