Not a racist country, just full of racist people who hate you down to your core, that you’ll gladly vote for this November, instead of an 81-year-old who is old, Nikki Haley…

Police called to bomb threat at the home of the judge in Donnie's NY fraud trial.

But at least that judge wasn't asked to leave a restaurant. That would have been really uncivil.

In before Drew and Chuck start making the exact same argument: https://thehill.com/regulation/court...rs-retirement/

“WITHOUT IMMUNITY, IT WOULD BE VERY HARD FOR A PRESIDENT TO ENJOY HIS OR HER ‘GOLDEN YEARS’ OF RETIREMENT,” Trump wrote Tuesday afternoon on Truth Social.

“THEY WOULD BE UNDER SIEGE BY RADICAL, OUT OF CONTROL PROSECUTORS, MUCH LIKE I AM, BUT WITHOUT THE RETIREMENT!!!” Trump added.

Trump, the GOP front-runner for president in 2024, warned in similar posts Tuesday that if the courts ultimately find presidential immunity does not apply, then other presidents would similarly not be immune from prosecution.

“IF A PRESIDENT DOES NOT HAVE IMMUNITY, THE COURT WILL BE ‘OPENING THE FLOODGATES’ TO PROSECUTING FORMER PRESIDENTS. AN OPPOSING HOSTILE PARTY WILL BE DOING IT FOR ANY REASON, ALL OF THE TIME!” Trump wrote.
I guess the only other option is to, like, not commit crimes.

I love that he keeps showing up and calling their bluff. When they try to hold him in contempt, the DOJ can point to their own refusal to comply with other subpoenas - for which they were not charged - and also point out that they've already shown what amounts to revenge porn.

Judge wanted Donnie's ramblings confined to issues relevant to the case, and the lawyers said that ain't happening.

He informed him about the legal limitations to closing arguments and insisted he agree in writing and again verbally prior to those statements. And, it seems that Trump refused.
