      Dr. Mrs. update: day 2 after shot 2 and she feels 98% better.

      Day 0 she was sore and tired. Day 1 she was sicker than almost any time I've seen in 22 years and I was beginning to get worried. She even complained, and I have never heard her complain about illness (desert people are neurotically stoic).

      I think by tomorrow she will be back to mending barbed wire with her teeth while baking biscuits and rocking a Mets shirts on Opening Day.

      I love my wife.

        DW, AP, and the Beeb work for me.

        I don't think I have subscribed to an American paper in this century. There is nothing left that isn't pabulum.

                    BBC, Reuters, AP and Christian Science Monitor. The latter is one of the best for in depth reporting on lots of subjects. Centrist. I think it doesn't get much attention because it rarely reports anything in a sensational or inflammatory way and people love outrage. ( https://www.allsides.com/news-source...cience-monitor )
