I discovered something fun. My arm didn't hurt at all, but I thought to myself, "Self, you aren't really using the muscle they gave you the shot in. What if you did?"
So I lifted a heavy box in my office.
Holy balls, that hurts. I mean it's almost pass out hurt. And the weird thing is there's no treble -- it's all bass, all deep, deep muscle pain, the kind that makes your head swim.
So, I learned 2 things.
(1) Don't do that.
(2) Considering I went almost 28 hours without accidentally feeling that, I have an extraordinarily sedentary lifestyle.Cornell University

Honestly the only thing that really bugged me was the foggy brain. I was prepared for much worse flu symptoms like the gf got but they were mild enough.
