Well I obviously know what it is now that the NFL is using it to **** off the #BoycottNASCAR crowd.

Of course I'm a fan of the Vikings. A sick and demented Masochist of a fan, but a fan none the less.

"This happened in Woodstock, GA, at a #JimmyJohns. White employees decided to make a noose out of bread dough, to mock the lynching of Black Americans. According to a rep at the store, the employees and the manager were fired."

The methodology is simple. That doesn’t mean it is easy. The fact he makes it look easy is testimony to his skill. What you are watching here is the result of training. Lots of training. I offer this to those who don’t have the benefit of this sort of modeling. This is gold.
He speaks calmly. He does not provide any opening for escalation. He uses broken rhythm to knock attackers off balance. He answers their taunts with calm talking points they have to accept, and he never backs down on his basic principles. He keeps a conversational tone throughout. He never lets them see him sweat. If you listen, you can pick up on the underlying nervousness, but he pushes right through it every time. Very even keeled. Even more incredible, the guy is only 21 years old. I doubt I would have been this smooth at his age. He is calm, clear, consistent, compassionate, and committed. That’s a winning hand.
This is the difference between assertive and aggressive. This is what discipline looks like. I point out the discipline and training because his reaction time is quick and his response is not scripted. He is in the moment. He is present. He embodies the strategy Bruce Lee always championed. He is like water. Shifting, formless, nothing to grab on to, but always entering through the openings. Kids today would say his counterattack came “out the cut.” It’s beautiful to watch.
The right continues to show us who they are. It is no surprise.
They would rather honor their loser generals. Pretty pathetic that they denigrate people who tried to help win the war and end slavery- and instead want to honor the generals that lost all of their battles. Then again, with all of the worship of dumpy, it's clear that they worship losers.
That also shows that they know the truth about the Civil War- it was all about slavery, and not the "lost cause, state's rights" revisionist history bs.
He is a far, FAR better man than I am. I want all those people surrounding him to die. Painfully. Slowly. While I am happy someone is able to calmly defend the eminently defensible the sad truth is he didn't change any minds, he didn't cause someone to re-think their IN-defensible positions or disabuse a single person of their faulty beliefs and reasoning. Those people are all lost and will remain lost until the day they do finally die.

None of those people are capable of thinking, otherwise they wouldn't be, well, them.
But this is a master class on dealing with these zombies in a way where you don't sacrifice your principles but you also don't give them any excuse to lynch you.
One of us is stronger than a hundred of them. Righties are always cowards. It conditions every thing they do, from running in terror from new ideas to resorting to violence whenever possible. They and their Man in the Sky have been dogging the human race from the beginning, and civilization is the story of our emergence from their slime.
Almost there. Another thousand years should do it. Seems long until you realize it has been a 200,000 year evolution from these apes. We are nearly rid of them.

The biggest mistake anyone ever made was try to drill deeper into the causes of the Civil War. It was about slavery, slavery and slavery. Hell, half the leaders of the confederacy were at one time serving in the FEDERAL government and argued forcefully against "state's rights" when non-slave states wanted to enact policy or law that they felt weakened their rights to own another human.
Just like the confederate battle flag was never about heritage, it was always about violent, racist extremism. It was created for and used by violent racist extremists from the day the first one was sewn and anyone that wants to display it today is not displaying the heritage of their state or anything else, other than the part of their state that was violent, and racist, and extremist.
If you want to recognize the heritage of your state, honor some people from it who were great inventors, or honor it for its local cuisine, or for its natural beauty. I'm sure there must be something worth celebrating about even a 5h!thole state like Mississippi besides their stupid confederate flag or some wounded snowflake's sense of "heritage." Hell, I thing the inventor of the synthetic fabric rayon was from Mississippi. Celebrate that. Jeezuz it isn't that hard to find something useful to rally around to show your state is a super cool place.
