Kavanaugh, Judge, Smyth, and Keyser have all denied any recollection of a party like the one described by Ford. You might discount the statements of Judge, as an alleged accomplice, and Smyth, as a male friend of Kavanaugh’s, but Keyser was a female classmate and a lifelong friend to Ford.

Keyser, who in Ford’s telling also had only one beer at the alleged party, has no recollection of any party at which Kavanaugh was present. Keyser, through an attorney, said she does not know Kavanaugh. “Simply put, Ms. Keyser does not know Mr. Kavanaugh and she has no recollection of ever being at a party or gathering where he was present, with, or without, Dr. Ford,” Keyser’s lawyer said in a statement.
Keyser right there does serious damage to the Ford allegations. And it sounds like Keyser was one of the FBI Six (c).

        From Handy:

Seems like something the FBI would look into since lying under oath to Congress is a crime.
What he said during his testimony was not allowed to be investigated. Not allowed to find out what Devil's Triangle meant, not allowed to investigate boofing, not allowed to seek evidence that refuted his claims about drinking.

        Again, some investigation.

And Kavanaugh has all of that in Spades.

Again, idiot, how do you know if you were or weren't at a party that was also attended by someone who you don't know? One specific individual.

One must reasonably assume introductions at small gathering, like six people, no? A big kegger at an abandoned farm yard during HS (no further comment) you'd be correct. But a small, six person house party? I'm going with intros of some level, even if it's "That's PJ, Squi, Keyser. Grab a brew; don't cost nothing."

That hypothesized and admittedly assumed ...

The Ford allegation: Keyser and Kavanaugh and she were at a party. A six person (four boys, she and Keyser) party.

The Keyser statement: “ ... she (Keyser) has no recollection of ever being at a party or gathering where he (Kavanaugh) was present, with, or without, Dr. Ford."

If Keyser says she and Kavanaugh were never at the same (six attendee) party Ford's claim of "both were there" is damaged.

And both had allegations become substantiated.

Roy Moore had yet to be elected to office, and the decision was up to the people of Alabama. Shockingly enough, they didn't want the man who was 30+ and chasing after high school girls. Times were different then.
