And Kennedy was far right on most things anyway. Just not "social things" which is why Dems liked him more than they should have. But Kavanaugh will never be swing on anything.

And Kavanaugh has all of that in Spades.
They’ll abolish dual sovereignty next week, meaning dump can pardon everyone fully from anything without ever facing state charges

Nope. The GOP voters consistently care about SCOTUS more than Dems, which is a huge fault of the Dems.

It's technically correct (the best kind of correct). He won't overturn it, he'll just restrict it to death.

Exactly. And that's why it's hilarious.

No. I dont know anyone who is a single issue voter on the Dem side unless that single issue is "Equal Rights For All" which is hardly a single issue.

No one votes Dem just because of them being pro choice.

Because the allegations are ... unsubstantiated ... according to the DFL's investigator?
Because the Minneapolis police are looking for another force to investigate (citing conflict of interest concerns)?

No it is because it stopped being a talking point for you all to hold against us the second he did what Kavanaugh didnt have the balls to do.

I did say the investigation found the allegations were unsubstantiated. There's nothing to talk about. Right?
