Not the ivy kids though. Remember what Brett would say when questioned if he’d done something? “I GOT INTO YALE!!!!”

At the risk of getting controversial, I would also say don't fall into the trap of hanging around women who are obviously damaged or overly needy.

He should continue to impeach the people attacking him and his client though. The emails between him and Davis was a brilliant move because it made it obvious Grassley was lying (or was ignorant to the truth) when he talked in committee. Stuff like that is why despite him just being a "porn star lawyer" he hasnt been ignored.
Not sure if he is. Heard the FBI want to talk to Ramirez, haven't heard anything about them interviewing Swetnick. Perhaps they don't see her charges as credible.

If they don't, I'm sure Avenatti will make it sure that they do.

I'm sure both of Brett's parents saw angry, belligerent drunk Brett a time or two when he was in school as well.

I have...my school went through it. It isnt as bad as you and the "Poor Male" crowd are pretending it is.

What is the percentage of women on campus who are attacked in some way during their 4 years? What is the percentage of men who are wrongfully accused? Guess which number is exponentially bigger? This whole argument is a farce. And again I am friends with a person who was wrongfully accused and another friend whose gf lied about being being raped so it isnt like I dont know it can happen.

The "kangaroo Court" BS is ridiculous. The only reason anyone cares is athletes are getting in trouble for it instead of having it swept under the rug like before. The schools dont have to act like courts of law (which is always the argument from the "Poor Male" crowd) they set their guidelines for what is and is not within their code of conduct. The "kangaroo courts" dont have to hold to the reasonable doubt standard they work within the "preponderance of the evidence" meaning they go with who they feel is more credible. (sound familiar) Then (in for example the U of M rape case) they make recommendations based on what they have found and the school makes a decision. Then the accused have a right to appeal. (which is why of the 10 originally named only 5 got kicked out at the U of M)

What is your solution joe? In most of these cases little to no actual evidence exists so how do you bring about justice? Is every woman just SOL because winning rape cases in a court of law is hard? (look into it sometime it is way worse for women in court than men in the "kangaroo courts" ) Should men just be allowed to act as bad as they want because in the end it is "he said she said"? We have played that game for decades and look where it has gotten us?

Until something better comes along I would rather the women have a fighting chance...but hey I actually care about people after they are born so what the hell do I know.

I think at some point they will talk to him since they are looking into HS and that is what his client spoke about in her affidavit. If they dont that would seem odd. That would be like not reading Judge's book before talking to him.

All you have to do is look at the faces of his family in that photo that's been going around since Thursday afternoon. They knew from his opening lines that he was going to be ugly.

                        Interesting thread:

There are a lot of people from Yale who are saying he was drunk all the time and belligerent, aggressive, etc. he should have admitted he can’t remember vs saying he’s never really been drunk

I understand why he's having to downplay his level of drinking in high school. If he admits he sometimes got drunk enough to not remember some things, that opens him up to "how can you be so sure that the Ford incident didn't happen?" He would have been better off saying his drinking got heavier during college.
