No, we're not back to status quo yet. I believe there's a German car manufacturer relocating its operations from the US to another country as we live and breathe this very moment. Oh, and it's reported that there are a number of American manufacturers of other various goods now relocating plants offshore so they can sell to other nations and avoid retaliatory tariffs against the US.
