    • I don't keep any diets in general but try not to drink sweet drinks and don't eat any fast food.
      Exercises : yoga 3 times a week and jogging twice a week. Trying to solve this problem here https://betterme.world/articles/how-...kin-on-thighs/, cause after the pregnancy it doesn't look very good anymore.

          • 229.9, first time under 230 for a decade. Down 22 pounds in 8 weeks of eating better and exercising, go figure.

            I need beginner arm exercises if anybody has good ones. My legs are great from carrying all the weight, but have noodle arms and want to tone them.

              Basic lifts. Get yourself some adjustable dumbbells or bands or traditional dumbbells.

              fewer reps, more weight = build muscle

              not sure if that's true, but it's what I remember from p90x

                    Can anybody recommend a brand or style of weights for a man who begins with noodly arms? I am really hoping to use strength training to (1) be able to hold my arms above my head for more than 10 seconds at a time to fix a lightbulb without it being agony, (2) help me build my core which sucks harder than Jeb's Mom, and (3) build muscle to help me metabolize faster and help me lose more weight. I dropped easily from 250 to 240, them dropped steadily from 240 to 230 reducing calories and walking 5 miles a week, but have plateaued now at 230. I have read that increasing muscle tone also helps with the cycle of healthy weight loss, I assume because muscle fiber requires more energy to maintain itself again entropic forces (?).

                      • If you want weights, check Garage Sales, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc. Usually they are prevalent and are posted by motivated sellers.

                                Or people like who’ve had two shoulder surgeries and can no longer use 450lbs of barbell weights. I still have my dumbbells, ranging from 2-55lbs. I’m going to need heavier dumbbells in the near future.
