Well, today is the last day of Dry May. I think the hard reset on alcohol was needed. I have no idea if sobriety is a permanent thing with me, or if I'll go back to my 1-2 drinks on the weekend and call it good.
I never moved/dumped what I had in my fridge and freezer, although ignoring it became much easier after two weeks.
Before Pandemic 2020, I had an okay relationship with booze, but it became easy to say "**** it" every night and have something every night in April. But getting "blasmed" before class wasn't the best idea.
If I decide to drink, I have my rules in place. We'll see what happens tomorrow night.
