So, had Dallas won last night, both the Celtics and the Mavs would have to wait till June 6th to start the Finals? That seems...unnecessary. I get TV and everything but still. That's eight days. But now, looking forward to see if the T'Wolves can win another one.

Christ some girl just goes and shoves Clark to the floor today after a basket and her teammates just sit there. Angel Reese is such a pathetic loser- she jumps off the bench and cheers excitedly when her teammate shoved over Clark.

im not real invested in this. I get the issues some people have with a white girl from Iowa getting all the attention after the league has been overlooked forever . Giving a rookie some tough love in their rookie season ain’t unusual either. But this is getting a little ridiculous and it’s like they all wanna fade back into obscurity

I laughed when I saw Caitlin go flying, she is Lebron like in her ability to flop. Watch the one where Angel sends her flying when trying to get position for a rebound. Caitlin isn't used to getting pushed around, she isn't strong enough at this point to dominate much. She threw up bricks most of the game. Her passing is spot on though and would have had several more assists if her teammates could make lay ups. She dribbles into double teams and ends up losing the ball, she needs to figure that out also. The pressure she is under must be immense.

First WNBA game I've ever taped and watched, maybe the ladies who hate Caitlin might want to understand that????

Angel really is an idiot. She has big time potential with her energy. Instead she would rather celebrate someone taking a shot at Caitlin.

I see both sides of this coin. Caitlin Clark reminds me a lot of Luka Doncic: supremely talented, but a supreme baby. Luka got under my skin, therefore, he did his job. Clark gets under the skin of her opponents, therefore, she’s doing her job. Clark clearly has mastered psychological warfare if she has players throwing obvious hip checks.
That said, while the hip check was an obvious, stupid foul, Clark performed a huge flop. Simply pushing in on one’s left hip leans one’s body into the initial contact, which Clark naturally did, not expecting the contact. The subsequent body movement where she flies away from the contact and to the floor, with an immediate look to the official, is crybaby crap. While it was an obvious foul, it wasn’t that hard. Yeah, maybe without selling it, the ref misses the call, but that’s an (extremely unimportant sports) line that is crossed for me. The player who committed the foul is better off doing that in a crowd, where it could easily get missed, in order to attempt to get under Clark’s skin, and not blatantly hurt her team.
Reese is a hothead, and maybe Clark is getting under her skin, but this could all be an attempt to get back under Clark’s skin, clapping on the sidelines and encouraging her silly teammate, successful or not. The no-call on Reese against Clark was even a bigger flop by Clark, though. Reese puts her arm out, and it hardly makes contact with Clark’s chest; certainly not her face, like how Clark made it seem with her dramatic overreaction. There is no follow through on Reese’s arm when she puts it out. No doubt she knew where she planned to place her arm, but the crybaby crap by Clark in response, grabbing her face and looking to the referee for every little call, reminds me of Doncic. Shut the f-ck up, quit whining, and let your otherworldly game do the talking. There’s a reason I rooted for the field against Clark’s Iowa in the NCAA tourney. I wish her a long, healthy career in the WNBA, because she’s clearly good for the sport, but I feel like I’ll always root against her.
