He didn’t extend his arm, elbow, nothing. If it’s a foul on the defender to not let a shooter land in the shooter’s little circle of control/sphere of influence after taking a jump shot, how is a ball handler not allowed to jump within his little area to make a basketball play if the defender’s face or any part of his body is within the ball handler’s sphere of influence?
