    Apparently Trump now says the violence was 88% the alt-right's fault, and that it is wrong to give subtle shoutouts to neo-Nazis.

                                It's kind of crazy but until I looked it up a few minutes ago, I had never heard of the symbolism of 88 for neo-nazis either.
