Have you tried the State Cooperative Extension Service for your county or at UND?

Once they drop the leaves in July the foresters (city, county, NDSU Extension) all say they have to go. One was so bad the chain saw was spraying water cutting it up.

I will say this. Don't pressure wash it. The fins are the bible paper of the metal world

Touch them at most angles, you've bent all of them over. Touch them at one specific angle, you've received at least 20 parallel cuts you didn't feel until you noticed blood all over the place.

This question does not fit this thread exactly, but here goes.

My laptop curser is misbehaving, both with the touchscreen and bluetooth mouse. burd is confused and thinking more and more about kicking the dog. This dog would kick my arse if I tried that, so help a guy out.

Can you explain the symptoms a little more?

Latency? Test cable / change battery.

Disappearing? Reboot your machine too many processes.

Whispering to you to kill people? Listen.

Are we talking the condenser unit? Can't you just spray it with a hose? Cleans the bulk of the gunk off the condenser fins and coils. Just need to make sure you're not damaging the fins. I do it twice a year. Spring before the first hot days and in the fall after the leaves have dropped. You shouldn't need an aggressive cleaner.

When you clean the condenser from the outside (the side you can see) you risk forcing the debris further into the fins. The purpose of the foaming cleaner is to pull that debris out.

Referring to the mouse? Optical laser, I think. I'm an obvious idiot at such things. Neither the mouse nor the touchpad fails completely, but neither functions properly.

If it's just the optical mouse failing, sometimes the surface needs better "texture" so the mouse can pick up movement.

if it's both the touchpad and the optical, then I would check your task manager to see if anything is maxing out your cpu.

My HVAC bro (mater’s cert) told me that anything more than a hose with a spray nozzle is somebody trying to turn an extra buck.

You turn off the unit, then take the top off it. You can then run the hose from the inside, pushing the dirt out of the unit.
