Tropical Storm Emily formed this morning, then made landfall in western Florida less than 5 hours later.

Harvey really got his act together overnight. Now slated to be a Cat 2-3 with a bullseye around Corpus Christi.
Forecast to stall on the coast for several days, just dumping rain on the entire Texas coast. I've seen anywhere from 15-30" of rain predicted for the Houston/Galveston/Freeport areas, which is directly where I am.
Luckily, my tugboat can float, has our own power supply, and likely can't get damaged by anything that will come my way.
This could be a historic storm, folks.Comment
