According to her, Trump's constant interruptions (23-4 IINM) will trigger an association in every woman's brain of THAT GUY who blusters and interrupts and mansplains. The experience of THAT GUY is universal among women, regardless of their background -- they meet him in school and business and especially in dating. THAT GUY is, after an actual physical abuser, the most hated person on the face of the Earth. And Trump is THAT GUY.

She said it's not so much that it makes the voting decision easier but that it will motivate women to get to the polls. Essentially it's like black people watching a Klansman get the nomination. Nothing's going to stop them from voting.
I have a very close family member who will vote for Trump. She believes that women are not ready to be President. I'm pretty sure she's not alone in her thinking.

No, it's not. I'm voting for Hillary. I supported Hillary in '08. I've been waiting to vote for her for 10 years now. My mother and father are also voting for Hillary. Along with many others in my extended family.

              Try again.

And it looks like the moderator has become just as much of the story. Candy Crowley has been one-upped.

Then there's hope for you yet!

Moving on from your blather, Hillary's team is already cutting ads based on the debate. Both the taxes issue and the stiffing people I believe. This also gives great fodder as her surrogates (Obama, Sanders, Warren) start fanning out across the country.

Frankly, we couldn't have realistically asked for a better outcome. Short of Trump having a mental breakdown and storming off the stage. The best part is there's tons more to hit him with, and Hillary (not the world's best debater) didn't try to cram in all the attacks at once. He'll never get away from birtherism, and she hasn't brought up the part about all Mexicans being rapists, or attacking a Gold Star family, or making fun of a disabled person, or an ex-POW. Nothing yet about him being under investigation with his charity and bribing the Florida AG into dropping the case. Or how he uses the charity to pay his legal settlements. What she's doing is what the media was either too cowardly or too lazy to do, which is hold him accountable using his own words. He's got nowhere to go here. If he tones it down he's going to look neutered. If he doubles down on his losing strategy from the first debate good luck with that. Frankly I find it hard to believe he can keep his cool for more than 5 minutes.

You make about as much sense as Trump in a debate, Flaggy!

And in case you forgot, the Clinton donor does not have my vote.

I didn't get a chance to watch last night's debate, but I think "likability" is an important attribute.

In third grade, when the smartest girl in the room got up and gave her book report, she was terrific. She spoke in clear sentences. She mostly understood the subtext of the book and presented her thoughts in a staightforward way. She got the "A". But no one in the class liked her, short of one or two of her friends who looked up to her.

Back when Bill Clinton was POTUS, a friend of mine who is a pretty hardcore Republican made the comment one day to the effect that even though he could never vote for Bill, Clinton was the kind of guy who if he showed up at your backyard barbecue, you'd be happy to see him. You know that he'd go over and grab a beer and everyone would have a good time with him there.

No one wants to see HRC show up at the party. But, fortunately for her, very few people want to see Trump there either.
That community is already in the process of dissolution where each man begins to eye his neighbor as a possible enemy, where non-conformity with the accepted creed, political as well as religious, is a mark of disaffection; where denunciation, without specification or backing, takes the place of evidence; where orthodoxy chokes freedom of dissent; where faith in the eventual supremacy of reason has become so timid that we dare not enter our convictions in the open lists, to win or lose.

I see your name and the one word that comes into my mind is "nonsense". 100 out of 100 times my assessment of your post turns out to be correct.
