    Personally I think it will be pretty funny if he goes 0-50. I'm not sure how his ego will handle that.

        Actually the funniest part of him getting crushed is the GOP will come back with "he wasn't conservative enough" as an excuse.

          Agreed, because it would delay the GOP's return to sanity for another four years. Four more years of demographic drift and we could be looking at a true landslide in 2020. As the GOP shrinks, the drive to purity within the party will only be greater, especially because the Republicans are no longer being driven by rationality. The emotional drivers of current US conservatism will only become more dire.

            That would be wonderful, but I don't see how it could happen. NowCast has NE-3 as 97% Trump, so there's one EV right there. Nine states are completely outside the MoE for Trump: LA, TN, KY, NE, AL, ID, WV, OK, WY. This is as close as we are going to get to the thought experiment of running a doorkob as (R) in those states and still winning.

                These people are really being exploited by sleazeball Larry Klayman and his Knuckledragger Watch organization. As has been said, can everyone that died in 9/11 sue Bush? For both the event and because he said Saddam Hussein was partly behind it?

                              This expression from the BENGHAZI!!!111! Hearings is priceless on so many levels -- it perfectly encapsulates a sane person's reaction to the Republican cornucopia of vicious, ludicrous idiocy.

                              In all honesty, that should be the default image for, "O RLY?"

                              In particular I like that 40% of NC Republican voters think ACORN will steal the election in November.

                              ACORN was disbanded in 2010.

                                I think most jurisdictions have a procedure by which a defendant who is subject to a frivolous claim can notify the plaintiff that their claim is frivolous and that they have a statutory amount of time to withdraw the claim or face frivolous damages. Attorneys who end up on the wrong end of a frivolous claim need to worry about personal responsibility of any judgment.

                                I'm thinking HRC can afford to hire pretty decent defense counsel who, given all the previous findings in her favor, will play hardball with this clown. And I'm not sure she has to fear the publicity around it either.
