You should try reading the actual articles. It took a little over a year, and the accused won. After that case concluded is when he started working with the ACLU to go after the state troopers for their conduct and how they breeched his rights.

Whatever the charges are for fabricating charges/evidence, I'm sure they're not severe enough.

Cops kill a guy and plant a weapon in his vehicle, with only the cop's DNA on it. http://www.nydailynews.com/news/nati...icle-1.2801097

Pay close attention to any military action that may take place in that area.
The violence tonight was started by the protesters. Not the majority of them. Saw many ON CAMERA having discussions with the officers (yes, heated, but still civil). The protesters then started fires, hurling glass bottles, attacking media, etc. Again, a SMALL portion of the overall protest, started this, but this is not on the cops. This is pure bullsh*.

I give major credit to the peaceful protesters, especially the ones who were talking with the police.

Doesn't mean things will change in the appeals process, or perhaps a civil case.

Happens many times. Even seen third-party camera footage of them doing it. No wonder they want to arrest people for filming them. I believe it's usually "obstruction of justice", and they usually try to throw "resisting arrest" in with it.

                  ...and a protester was shot.

The Cop Blocker folk saying the cop was in the wrong. The Furuhata's Theme folk saying the protester was in the wrong. Perhaps it's time for BOTH parties to stop escalating the situation. Good luck because of the "last word" factor, but there's always hope...

FTR, the protester that was shot was a civilian on civilian. Just to be clear.

Wouldn't surprise me if that's the case; take a wild guess at who the cop blockers blamed...

It's getting tougher with that group to determine what's a Constitutional violation and what's race baiting. That's the beauty of alternative news sources, though: It strengthens the opinionated mind, makes you consider what's accurate and what's hogwash, and prepares you for the challenge of American freedom.

Yeah...and it also gives unsubstantiated rumor as fact, outright lies and does more to inflame the intellectually weak than inform them. But sure beyond that they are great

How could it inflame the intellectually weak when it keeps inflaming Flaggy?

Funny thing is, they do put out there quite a bit of scientific evidence. If you can disprove it without quoting Walter Cronkite, more power to you. However, the boy who cried "wolf" is not entirely to blame.
