She still scratches and claws for media attention, and she's still campaigning for 8th grade class president. Fortunately for her, there is a party lost enough or desperate enough to give her mike time.

That's a great analogy. She's like the kid who won class president in 8th grade at a rinky dink school by a fluke because when the election was held all the smart and popular kids were off on the French class trip to Paris. In 9th grade, the kids from lots of schools are pooled at the high school, and she runs for 9th grade class president and gets destroyed, prompting her to say only her dwindling supporters are "real."

I'm not a fan of capital punishment, so I would suggest we drop this one in solitary for the next 70 years. To quote Dr. Loomis:

I met him, fifteen years ago. I was told there was nothing left -- no reason, no conscience, no understanding; and even the most rudimentary sense of life or death, of good or evil, right or wrong. I met this six-year-old child, with this blank, pale, emotionless face, and the blackest eyes... the devil's eyes. I spent eight years trying to reach him, and then another seven trying to keep him locked up because I realized that what was living behind that boy's eyes was purely and simply evil.
There is no such thing as "evil," of course. There is only biochemistry. Let's just keep this particular bag of chemicals out of everybody's way.

                            No, Kep, there is evil.
To some it is a supernatural force determined to undo mankind; to others it is biochemistry run amok.
Either way, the impacts upon the others has a name: Evil.

The deliberate actions, as in basically attempting to make it a slow death, is the key factor in my eyes.

Given her age, I can't say death penalty. She's a very very sick person. But solitary seems to be too kind.
Never really developed a taste for tequila. Kind of hard to understand how you make a drink out of something that sharp, inhospitable. Now, bourbon is easy to understand.
