  • Re: NHL 2015, Part 3: Stanley Cup and Offseason

An old friend posted a youtube video on facebook that you all really should see. I'm too tech-challenged to provide a direct link, but search "young hockey fan flips out" on youtube and you will get a treat. With all the things that makes us cynical about the business part of the game, that video might warm your heart a little.

Thing is if you accidentally run into someone you look back to see what you hit. Unlike Steckel a few years back and now Wideman.

Exactly. The Ed Hochuli of the NHL.

Stick that your pipe, and smoke it Bill Daly!

(sidenote: I would bet he was the unnamed "NHL official" in Scott's story)

And Bettman's extension is confirmed today.

Goodbye, NHL. It was good knowing you. I'm done.

It seems to have gone completely unannounced on NHL.com. Go figure.

2022 is the end date of the new contract, IIRC. Yeah.

That was exceptional. Best ASG ever.

Not only is 3 on 3 a MUCH better format, but it played out like a fairy tale for Scott.

                            Wonderful!
