The best owners are the ones who have the ability to identify quality GMs. The Ford family's biggest issue is that the don't have enogh experience in identifying true talent from BS because they don't make personnel decisions in a business on a regular basis.Originally posted by Hammer View PostComment

Fair point. However, there are plenty of people in the NFL that you can get recommendations from. The first two that I call are Ron Wolf and Bill Polian.
