Most people think it's early release so they haven't optimized it graphically. The i5 v 3080 just doesn't make sense otherwise. They're just such different classes within their respective hardware categories.

I honestly don't give a **** about graphics, so unless they are offloading a **** ton of physics calcs to the gpu, I can't imagine that sticks. I would be happy with a Minecraft monotone sky and ground. I care about the physics.

also, the install size seems to indicate this is uncompressed graphics as well. There's no ****in way you should need 60 GB for a goddamn game like this.

I don't understand this and the more I think about it the more it pizzes me off. This isn't a AAA FPS. It's a physics simulator. Why the hell did they release it with such high specs, half of Steam doesn't even meet them? I don't want to drop $2,000 on a new PC every five years. That's why I liked games like KSP. 98% of the game was spent in the goddamn construction building.

it's just so irritating. This is the only game I've looked forward to since RDR2. And the funny story about RDR2 is that I bought it the day before my wife and I started dating. I've played that game like three times total.

Wild Hearts has turned out to be really fun. Had some performance issues of its own. But my rig is running it pretty well.

Where have all the second hand Nintendo Game Boy games gone? Twi different 2nd hand store chain near me has a very limited selection of GB/GBC/GBA games. Like a dozen games and that's it.

I bought a back-lit modded GBA a year ago and have slowly been adding old games I never had (thank you ShopGoodwill.com auctions), but can't find any local places that carry the old games. I recall them having cases of games a decade ago and now nothing.

Also, Jesus Christ when did Zelda: Links Awakening and Metroid II become worth so much?

Disc Replay seems to have a constant flow of vintage games through their Orland Park store. Is that one of the places you looked at out your way?
