I hold the shift key when I type in caps. Easier that way. Or at least it is now with muscle memory.

Ketchup is for fries, hashbrowns, meatloaf, and french toast. It belongs nowhere near hot dogs, sausages, or hamburgers.

            F ketchup.

MAYYYYYYBE fries, but if fries are done right, they are the best when eaten plain.

Chances are, if it's not as spicy as Cholula, I won't use it as a condiment. BBQ sauce is an exception.

Even sriracha is child's play if you ask me.

I make a savory french toast, and ketchup, or a sun-dried tomato jam pairs surprisingly well with it.

Chili Pepper Heat Ratings in Scoville Units

In 1912 Wilbur Scoville, a pharmacist for Park Davis created a scale for pepper hotness. It was based on the amount of dilution it would take for the pepper to be unnoticed by a taster.
The link shows a variety of peppers based on this measurement.

The hottest one listed was from India, Bhut Jolokia, with over 1 million Scoville units.

                              # 2 on their list was habanero, at 300,000 SU.

Jalapeno checks in at 55,000 SU, and cayenne at 40,000 SU.

oh, yes....their advice: if you eat a pepper that's too hot for you, don't drink water, drink milk.
