The Houston case was just an intentional shot across the bow by the attorney for the City, which I think the Mayor or other City officials have acknowledged may have gone to far.

You have a bunch of people trying to change or affect what the City was doing so the City attorney, knowing full well the effect of demanding copies of all sermons, came out throwing grenades.

It's a legitimate litigation tactic, but it backfired somewhat. The other side, including the pastors, had a right to make a big political deal of it, which they did.

The idea that religious or free speech rights are being trampled, though, I don't buy.

I would love to live in a world where every single thing wasn't forced into a political narrative, though. The Wahmbulance never sleeps.

I've been pretty clear in my responses to you that I think you're avoiding commenting on this issue because it doesn't play well for your side of things, and you are rarely shy about commenting on whatever issues come along. Maybe I need to be a little more direct, as I was trying to give you and out and come out and say you don't support the garbage the city of Houston was trying to do. But, alas, you seem ok with Houston from your lack of saying anything about the situation. You're the one that's dancing around like there's no tomorrow.

Yet, this one, you have no opinion on yet and don't know enough. In the time you've taken to keep saying you don't know enough, you could have read a good number of articles and learned a good deal about the situation. It's not like it's that hard to get the general layout of what is going on there.
