Or the "mistake" in the anti-abortion camp is extending the definition of life back to conception (or, if you take the Church's anti-contraception position, even further back to ejaculation; somebody out there probably extends it even further back and believes abstinence is murder).
Roe is a lousy legal decision in so many ways (for one thing, they picked the wrong clause to hang it on), but the trimester definition is as good as we've got. The pro-choice argument is not anti-life, it just defines life differently than the anti-abortion argument. That line can also be moved out prior to your definition, making you a stone cold killer, so be careful with that logic.
