No it hasn't. I'm not saying there is no coverage, but nowhere near the coverage of events in Gaza. We see a running tally of the Gaza death count in every headline. I have yet to see a headline with any sort of death toll from the ISIS beheadings and such.

I've always liked him. A conservative who's not afraid to look at each situation and deviate from the talking points of the party when he disagrees.

      He's right about Israel too.

Hamas needs to be exterminated, but at a 10 to 1 civilian to scumbag ratio? That cost is too high. Find a better way.

Sorry but I gotta disagree with this. When ISIS first started making noise every neo-con TV personality was on every current affairs talk show saying how the US needed to send troops back into Iraq. The notion that ISIS hasn't gotten huge coverage just isn't true.

You missed the point. Of course ISIS in general has gotten a lot of coverage. But their beheading of Christians hasn't, which is specifically what I'm talking about.

How many Christians have been beheaded?

I see a few articles about a priest and a couple of other individuals.

Here's a WaPo article about it.

It's horrible, but again, it has nothing do with Christianity, it has to do with not believing in their particular flavor of a particular flavor of Islam. If you run afoul of that, you're in trouble, and if you backslid you're dead.

We all agree these people are awful and terrible and we all wish they'd fall into a well. We all decry the loss of life, whatever invisible friend the victims had. Their faith means nothing to the tragedy here. It would be no more nor no less horrific if they were Hindus or FSMers or Scientologists. Well, maybe just a little less horrific if they were Scientologists.

Of course Bob wants to only focus on the Christians as the "War on Christianity" is one of their talking points.

I agree that anyone killed in this fashion and for this purpose (sowing fear) is a terrible tragedy and I hope these clowns are someday vaporized by a drone strike. Could care less if the victims are Christians or Muslim - they're human and no human deserves this fate (murdered to make a point).

Still don't see where the number of victims is recorded. A few killings in a lawless region is horrible, but it's not gonna be news like a downed jet or extreme collateral damage such as is going on in Gaza.

And another thing, maybe... just maybe... Mossad could figure out a way to be more surgical with taking out Hamas members and assets?

They're supposed to be "all that."

Hamas isn't the only one. Our military has chosen to locate two nuclear capable air force bases and hundreds of ICBMs smack dab in the middle of North Dakota, where the best and brightest live and breed.

In an effort to address the "North Dakota Problem," they were hoping that radiation would leach and render the inhabitants sterile.

Unfortunately, it only caused mutations which have been passed on to subsequent generations...

I don't know if its increased media scrutiny or increased carelessness, but is sure does seem like we're hearing more incidents of the IDF bombing questionable targets in the last few years. I recall the same thing happening during the Lebanon invasion a few years back as well.

Look, I can't put myself in their place but I thought carpet bombing a region went out a long time ago. I'm sure Hamas is hiding in some of these places, but shielding yourself in civilian areas isn't a new phenomenon. There's got to be a better way of dealing with that.
