Haven't seen a second of it. Knew it was Madea Goes to Middle Earth from the get-go.

Can we all just collectively agree that Eps 1-3 never happened? If we erase it from our minds it can't harm us.

Beauty. I guess I don't think of where you are as the tropics. I think of Price Is Right prize destinations.

    Not exactly.

I deviate from the critics for the most part. The Star Trib's local critic, especially. The guy is a moron.

    ?

RT has Deep Impact at 47% critics and 43% audience.

Armageddon is 39% critics and 73% audience.

I typically deviate more from what critics think than what large audience numbers think, so I'll give this one to Armageddon.

Not that I care what RT says. I thought Deep Impact sucked.

We can disagree though. Happy Thanksgiving.

    Are you in the tropics?

Nine years ago, I (we) were in Key West. Spent the day at the beach and had seafood for supper. Was... AWESOME!

I was unaware until a few minutes ago, but "Mathilda" (sequel to "The Professional") was an idea that will most likely never happen. I has a sad about that.

Deep Impact features Téa Leoni and therefore by rule cannot be good.

Pain and Gain is one of the few movies I ever turned off before it ended. I dont care if it is true it was bad, very bad. I would rather watch 3 hours of Hobbits running while high fiving Jar Jar than watch that crap again.

ID4 is great...which is why they are ruining it with a sequel 20 years later.

    Gurt,

I am with you on getting choked up. Bruce Willis may be an A1 ***** but he can tug the ole heart strings
P&G is a fine example of real-life internet.

Honestly, I didn't expect much, and I was rolling in laughter at the idiocy of the main characters. I thought it was a great time-passer of a movie.
