    HOCKEYTOWN history I never knew about

    Old time hockey! I found this on facebook - https://www.facebook.com/pages/Detro...y/277926288661

    The Detroit Police had a team in the 60's. Lots of photos and stories on the page. Very cool
    I want to be a fan of the best team in college hockey - so that explains why I am a DENVER fan!

      Let 'em have the "town." We have the State Of Hockey.
      Never really developed a taste for tequila. Kind of hard to understand how you make a drink out of something that sharp, inhospitable. Now, bourbon is easy to understand.

        I played against Detroit and Montreal PD teams in the 80s, including a couple at Maple Leaf Gardens. Tough battles followed by copious quantities of brown pops.
        Growing old is mandatory -- growing up is optional!

                        Fill up your pro arena for a high school hockey tournament. There's a hint to what we are getting at. It's all levels, son.
