    100th Grey Cup Game

    The centennial of Canadian football supremacy is next Sunday at Rogers Center in Toronto.

    Today, the Toronto Argonauts take on the Montreal Alouettes in the Eastern Final at Olympic Stadium in Montreal, while the Calgary Stampeders and BC Lions battle in the Western Final at BC Place Stadium.

    It's a shame these games are taking place under the domes -- the history of the Grey Cup is full of great games and moments in less-than-ideal football weather. That's what has made them so great.

    Having said that, it says here the Argos and Lions will meet in TO a week from today.

    Semifinal games will be showed delayed tape in the USA on NBCSports starting @ 6:30ET (after the soccer game)

      Als lead the Argos at the half 17-10. Toronto trying to give the game away (3 turnovers) but still in it. 50K+ at the Olympic Stadium.

        Argos come back - win a trip (well it's at the Rogers Centre, so I guess it's not a trip) to the 100th Grey Cup! Somewhere Joe Theisman is smiling.

          Watching it now anyway, cause I got the final on my phone while we were playing golf.

            Love that the games are on NBC Sports Network. I used to do a football highlights show in college and snuck in the Grey Cup game in the fastest three minute style clips. My co-host wasn't too pleased, but I told him to stuff it.

                          Has any QB won a Grey Cup AND a Super Bowl? Kapp did not, Theismann did not, Flutie did not.

                          And who played at both the Grey Cup and Super Bowl in the same season?

                            Sadly, it doesn't look like NBCSN will show the Grey Cup game

                            Oops. Just found out it will be live. Sadly, I'll be calling Penn State and Union.

                            I definitely won't be checking this thread on the bus ride home.
