Same roster for Tigers in ALCS that they had in LDS. Villareal and Boesch are probably most notably absent from that roster. Yankees switched out a batter for a 12th pitcher against Tigers.

Both have good pens, but slight edge to NY IMO.

Both teams are pretty good at extending at-bats and driving up pitch counts.

Yankees have a heavy laden LH hitting lineup. Baltimore's offense isn't as potent, but is still effective.

Baltimore doesn't have a clear ace like Sabathia, but has a rotation of 'good" pitchers.

Both Yankee stadium and Camden Yards are bandboxes where any fly ball could go out.

Which of the two has the better bullpen?

Tigers were 4-6 against NY with 7 games in Detroit, 3-3 against Baltimore, with both teams taking 2 games at each other's home parks.

Verlander's regular turn would be Tuesday, game three. So he'd be going on regular rest on Sunday (game 7). Edge Tigers.
