Re: Elections 2012: You must choose the lesser of two weevils
Obummer is not pro-business. He is pro-unions and only supports businesses enjoyed by those that give him money towards his re-election. If he were pro-business, he'd be for ANY American business regardless of their circumstances. He'd bless the ENTIRE pipeline. He wouldn't look to shut down refineries and coal power plants. He'd bless companies that look to come to the country and want to allow open hiring (i.e. non-closed-union). He wouldn't put forth legislation that forces health care providers out of business due to a disagreement in semantics.
Clinton being pro-business? That's why he basically ghosted cities across the country (such as Plattsburgh and Rome NY), right? The dot-com boom happened by coincidence of the internet being marketed. The economy could have grown with innovation like that under Herbert Hoover, for crying out loud.
And how about that Jimmy Carter growth. REAL spectacular.
There is absolutely NO difference between the democans you are trying to defend and the republicrats to which you claim that I (and others on here) belong. They are the same authoritarian bozos that just use different talking points to make you THINK they're preaching something different, when in all reality, they're not. The government grows under BOTH parties, whether constitutional or not, and every day we lose the few rights that remain. If you were to read the Declaration of Independence, specifically the grievances against King George III, you will find that you could air over HALF of those grievances against both Dubya AND Obummer.
