You are wrong. I realize it's politicallly expedient to focus on that one event, but you really need to take a longer term perspective. If you had ever read anything by me, you know I oppose borrow and spend vehemently. But, I realize it's easy to just spout a bit of political jargon like that.

Longer term? How about 20 years? You want to go back to the Reagan days? Still going to tip the "R" as the lesser of two evils? Not sure how you can rationalize this one.

If Romney would simply denounce the Bush era fiscal policy of lowering taxes and making war, I'd give it to you. But that won't happen and without it the Reps are in no way less evil then the Dems.

I see we started a new thread and I see there was nothing new in the old thread. Bob still thinks that Republicans are more fiscally conservative than Democrats and Gays/Lesbians can't provide a stable family life for their children.

No because that is social engineering and that makes us all into Nazis...all because we think Gay people should be treated like...oh I dont know PEOPLE! (Nazis were big on human rights and equality dontcha know)

All we need is Minnfan to tell us Gay people have equal rights because they can enter heterosexual marriages and we will have all the Faux News talking points from the people who somehow never watch Faux News.

I hope the Prez ticks you all off and just makes it legal. Then, when you all are upset I will just tell you to form a corporation that way you can get your voice heard.

I always think of Hera as a sort of Hillary with Supernatural Powers.

So, yeah, I'd probably get out of the house as much as possible.

I don't think Zeus used to mock God because they're the same dude. "Zeus" (Greek) and "Deus" (Latin) both derive from the same Sanskrit root dyeu- "sky," "shining." Zeus and God are the same sky deity with a few slight cultural refractions for local color.
