    NIMBY strikes again. This time @ the heart of the Constitution

    Its like folks moving next to a farm and then complaining about the smell. Been shooting twice a day for more than 200 years, H'mmm lets move there and whine about the noise

        Despite the rediculous thread title, can't this guy warn his guests? It's not like he blasts don't go off at the same time every day.
