    Despite the win and Johan looking serviceable, albeit with 84 pitches in 5 innings, the Mets have been eliminated from playoff contention.

                                I texted a few of my buddies following Monday night's win over the Braves, "Can we just play Atlanta every game this season?"

                                and then last night happened to make me eat crow with Johan getting blasted and not making it out of the second inning.
