I'm sure people that frequent that are more than me already knew this but for me this was a very welcome change (even though I still will probably never go in there, just like I never set foot in Drink) As long as queer as **** popped collar dip**** keep their asses away from TK's I'll be OK.
More good news for those in the TC Metro:

They are ripping out the softball fields by Fogerty Arena and putting in a curling club.

Well. That sounds amazing. That's on my way home from work. We should join a novice curling league.

Star Trib had an article on that today. Had an interior picture, and it looks higher class. Dark wood bar, really nice looking. The writer of the article said the owner couldn't stress enough that that location's "party bar" days are over. Sounds like they were sick of the dooshes, too.
Never really developed a taste for tequila. Kind of hard to understand how you make a drink out of something that sharp, inhospitable. Now, bourbon is easy to understand.

You mean "roofie-ing." Ruffying sounds like some olde English skullduggery. Which I am for.

You know, I never realized that, in addition to being a tremendously successful NCAA hockey coach, Jack Parker is apparently also a real estate mogul.

Some country music schmuck has a song called "Flyover States". It's like they're not even trying to pretend anymore that they appeal to anyone besides backward hicks.

You and the rest of the Jersey boys can keep fist pumping each other to house music. We'll enjoy our music that's made by artists with actual talent.
