Colin fits into the same category as Skip & Steven A. He's just another dumb guy who loves the sound of his own voice...regardless of how it makes him look.
Fox will keep 12 weeks of prime-time baseball during the summer, which will air in doubleheaders with FS1's coverage. Fox Sports 1 will air a live, nightly "look-in" show for baseball. Here's the big kahuna: Fox Sports 1 will get two League Division Series and one League Championship Series each postseason. The LDS part of that contract was well-known. The LCS being moved completely to cable? That's news.
and this:
By 2015, Fox Sports 1 also plans to take over a small package of Fox's NASCAR races, which are at the start of the season and typically the highest rated. Also in 2015, Fox Sports 1 will be the main carrier of the FIFA Women's World Cup in Canada. That begins a relationship with FIFA that includes the 2018 and 2022 World Cups and the 2019 Women's World Cup as well.
Speed becomes FoxSports1. When do we get FoxSports2, ...
I know you're being sarcastic, but you'll get it at the same time Fox Sports 1 starts. FuelTV will be renamed FoxSports2 when SpeedTV becomes FoxSports1.
The problem with FS1 is that it's going to be on the sports package or high-end digital cable packages if it's taking over Speed. That alone probably spells doom for the channel. NBCSports Channel? Everyone knows it. When's the last time you watched something on the CBSSports Channel?
I'm a pretty big sports fan, hate ESPN, and have no intention of upgrading my cable package to watch it.

Part of is that Comcast owns NBC so they don't have any costs with puting it on the basic tier.
Actually, wish satellite TV, NBC sports is on relatively high tiers.
NBCSN is available on the third-tier of DirecTV programming, otherwise you have to order the sports package.
On Dish Network it is part of the top tier.
