        But, Dr. Falken, the only way to win is not to play the game....

        Edit: I got to $462 billion

        Freeze Civilian pay
        Cut 15% of the ground forces
        Cut 20% of the civilian workforce (attrition only - may not make the target that way)
        Reduce navy ship buying
        Cancel next generation stealth bomber
        Eliminate nuclear bombers
        Reduce military personnel in Europe / Asia to 100,000
        Audit the Pentagon
        Scale back the bands

        I'd also find a way to cut back the number of generals / admirals.

          I cut $1.029 trillion.

          Basically, cut everything except benefits for military personnel.
