I figured the Russian part of the map would just be "Frozen gibbering in terror".

    Huh.

    "Bratislava" should be "Pressburg."

Um. The somebody who tried it, succeeded.

    It was us.

Did you think the World Empire was going to look like Albert Speer's Germania?

    It looks like this:

Now, on a more historical, interesting note, Hitler's nephew wrote this letter to FDR in 1942 asking to be allowed in enlist in the US Army.

Valid. Yet I will say that more and more people worldwide are getting it. And that govts that do participate in geopolitical confrontation will be increasingly isolated from both what's going on out there...as well as what benefits majority of their population. But your point has been shown to be true as the US itself hasn't graduated to the real world yet.

I doubt it. Inventing an enemy is lucrative. Corporations bribe politicians to scare voters to pay for (well, borrow for) the ludicrously expensive white elephants produced by the corporations. If you oppose them you're a cowardly appeaser who would endanger our children.

Won't somebody think of the children?!?

That should go over well. The Neocons convincing the Republicans that the guy with the purse strings is the bad guy.

If he wants to pretend he's helping Marine Le Pen be that, fine. I hope he has loads of free time over the next four years to dress up however he wants.

Sorry Mitt, but this isn't Decision 1984. I must've missed where the Islamist factions suddenly got all chummy towards the US.

Yeah, you and Putin, providing 21st century guidance, inspiration and respect for America. Is it my imagination, or are you getting more "progtardy" by the day? Check with Wonkette and get back to me, okay?
