So you're gonna have like 15 TV's going at once, watching every game, and still be expected to attend MLB media and promotional events? Won't you miss some games doing that?
What kind of cheese are you planning to put on top?

Details.... the thing is, I have a friend who works at ESPN doing Game Tracker stuff... there will be tons of guys crawling all over themselves for this... there are people with degrees from big institutions with great grades fighting for 30K a year jobs at ESPN... there will be somebody who fits their profile willing to be MLB's hamster.

I have to imagine you'll have to sit inside some small apartment studio MLB has created for them.... I might be worth it for somebody out there, but... geez... 7 months of your life just for that... yuck.

Would you say that if it was the NHL offering the gig?

I wouldn't match the other qualifications anyhow I suppose I don't get the point of a gig like that... but media has just become so amorphous at this point. I look at it and say "that's 7 months, 1PM (usually, I know Sox play 11:05 on Patriot's Day) to 1AM... as much as 4AM".... if you are a bright photogenic guy i think you want to spend that summer in NYC chasing girls and beer and not the Diamondbacks-Padres game.

Well, chances are there is someone out there who is watching/keeping track of all the games anyway, out of passion for the sport (and probably a few fantasy leagues). So why not get paid for doing that exact same thing?
Never really developed a taste for tequila. Kind of hard to understand how you make a drink out of something that sharp, inhospitable. Now, bourbon is easy to understand.

I don't think you know what an over/under is.
