Yes, the colorful BU coach had some great quotes and one of them was "you never know what you are going to get after break on who has been getting ice, who has been sitting around and etc.". Penn State for the most part has been dishing it out to other teams after the break and yesterday it reversed.
Nice on Desa getting a chance, the team did have 15 Blocks, but yes the team broke the golden rule of putting up three goals.
Sometimes you run into a hot goalie.
I'm sure the locker room has been anything but warm and fuzzy this morning after last night's debacle.

I'm glad Kampersal put DeSa in net, and I hope she gets today's game, too. I didn't see Bothun on the bench and dressed for the game yesterday, so I hope she's okay. Hopefully everyone shook off the rust yesterday and they get back to their game today - yesterday wasn't a very good look, but not a big surprise after almost a month off. It should be some fun hockey today.

After one, it's Penn State up 2-0 on goals from Lyndie Lobdell and Karolina Hengelmuller. Shots on goal are 14-5 for Penn State, and Union took the only two penalties. Man, it's a whole different Penn State team today, and they look like themselves again. Annie Spring got the start in net today for Penn State.

Penn State takes game two by a score of 6-2 on goals from Mya Vaslet and Stella Retrum. Union took the only penalty of the period, but it was a five-minute major that cost them two goals. Shots on goal were 48-14 for Penn State.
