Ok Jerry Tarkanian. Have to wait and see how it plays out after the 5th year peters out. People are going to be scared to be recruited over. But, I'm sure it is fun for the fanbase right now and horrible for the girls that looking for a new place to go from OSU. And I have nothing against what the coach is doing, I give her credit for thinking outside the box. It was a bold move not signing anyone two years ago and now she is exploiting this opportunity. She must be a heck of a recruiter/closer.

OSU ... Goalie Farm System for Clarkson. (laugh emoji ... just having fun with this)

Went to some Buffalo Beauts games back in January when the OSU Women were on the road.

Got to see Kassidy Sauve, although she was hurt this season and didn't play when we were there.

Amanda Zeglen was at OSU for Alumni Weekend back in October, so we got to see her!

Rohlik has done a decent job here and I hope he stays but our recruiting isn't where it needs to be to win championships.

I find it interesting that there's an entire thread on Harvard women's hockey coach playing "mind hunger games" with her players - and yet Muzzerall is being lauded on here for basically decommitting players at whim, walking back promises/scholarships the last minute to players who had their hearts set on tOSU, replacing players that SHE RECRUITED after only 1-2 years so she can pick up transfers instead of actually, oh, I don't know, coaching and developing kids. What kind of experience are her student-athletes having? No one seem to cares, the sentiment is more 'oh, players should know what they're getting into because she's The Muzzinator". Because she's winning with the hodge podge she's been able to put together the last few years because of COVID, that way she's running her program is ok? Why don't you ask some of the earlier players about the time she walked into the locker room, made a popping sound with her finger, and said "That's you guys getting your heads out of your asses". Talk about class.

Also a 3rd Yuckeye (Alaina Giampietro) from the 7 signed in the 2022/2023 class for tosu now in the Portal. 4 years of eligibility left. So was she injured or just wasn't good enough to get ice time?

Correction...It's actually 4 of the 7 freshmen for tosu that are in the portal. Plus a 5th in Jamie Grinder who was a sophomore

Other than by the Buckeye fans, I don't think anyone is particularly "lauding" her. I also don't think any of us knows enough detail - in the case of Alaina Giampietro who basically never made it to the roster, for example - to really decry her, either.
